Chef de Partie

 
It is a 4.5 day week, closing on Sunday evenings, and all day Monday plus another day off in the week.
Its split shifts 10am-3pm then 6pm-10.30pm approximately, with Sunday being the only straight shift 10am-5pm.

Candidates MUST have their own transport. 

Salary will depend on experience, 25 days holiday per year, closed Christmas day & Boxing day.
